Delivery Timing

All items are delivered to your doorstep within Male' only.

When you order, please look at the Vendor name. All items with Vendor Nazaki Online takes 21 days to 45 days for standard delivery.

All items with other Vendor names takes 21 to 35 days for delivery, unless a custom delivery time is mentioned on the product page. We are working daily to improve our delivery time for all product ranges, while we keep the prices low for our valued customers. Due to Covid-19, we are experience unexpected delays to the third party logistics service which we are using for shipping.

Prices depends alot on where the products are shipped from. Either our office in Malaysia, China or locally in Maldives.

Delivery days are excluding weekends and public holidays in the countries where products are shipped from.

Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Return & Refund

All our items have a refund policy of 60 days. We also give our customers a guarantee of refund for products not received within this time.

You can return an unassembled item, if broken in its orginal packaging upon delivery to your address within 48 hours to claim a full refund.

Do note that our return policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, unwrapped bed linen, kitchen appliances, custom-made worktops or products damaged upon being accepted to your delivery address.

If the return criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange. Refund process takes between 7 - 10 working days.

Any Warranty mentioned on any products are covered by the original product's brand manufacturer
